QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Min 3 years of production and team management experience in industrial operations(preferentially assembly line).
• Experience in continuous improvement, lean production methods, 5S organisations, manufacturing costs management, method engineering.
• Good command of both written & spoken English.
• Good knowledge of computer skills, all office programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving, analytical, communication & interpersonal skills.
• No military obligation.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required, with no restrictions.
• Residing in Manisa or İzmir.

Job Description

• Ensure that the production is done according to company standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost.
• Responsible for the performance of the area/product and line in terms of quality, costs and delivery.
• Line balancing according to time and methods studies.

• Plan and organize production process inline with procedures & instructions.
• Ensure that occupational safety and environmental standards are implemented consistently.
• Support lean systems, kaizen projects and TPM method activities.
