Development Merchandiser

• University degree in related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of job experience as a merchandiser or as a product manager in an apparel company,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Well organized and strong daily follow up skills
• Working with critical path (following through all the processes from the order reception the delivery ensuring all the processes take place in  time of)
• Very good command of Ms Office applications.
• No restriction to travel to UK

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follow up the production in Turkey production steps of the orders according to the customer quality standards
• Working with a critical path.
• Following up delivery status and coordination with shipment department
• Data follow up in EDS
• Ability to understand customer needs and transfer it to commercial design concepts,
• Ability to source the fabric and accessories according to the customer needs and trends.
• Costing selected styles
• Follow up the designs & developments with price negotiations,
• Close communication with UK and fabric mills, 
• Knowledge of fabric sourcing and ability to use this to its full potential
• Providing the correct information flow to the production department
