GENERAL FEATURES AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Japar Plastik A.Ş. (part of BI-QEM CHEMICAL CORP.), producer bathroom installation materials, we are looking for an EXPORT SPECIALIST who will work in our company's Torbalı-İzmir address.

Graduated from Relevant departments of (business administration and management, foreign trade, economic etc..) of universities

Good command of English,

Preferably in the foreign trade area experience for min. 5-6 years, in sanitary ware, bathroom products industry.

Excellent command of MS Office and ERP programs, effective computer use,

Analytical thinking, capable of teamwork, effective planning and organization,

Adopting a customer-oriented working principle, having effective communication skills,

Being able to problem solving, take responsibility,

Completed military service for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Coordinate logistics for the shipment of goods from the country of origin to the destination, including selecting appropriate shipping methods and routes to optimize delivery times and costs.

·         Prepare and process necessary export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin to comply with international trade regulations.

·         Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to secure favorable terms and rates for shipping.

·         Provide customer service and support by tracking shipments, resolving issues related to delays or damages, and communicating updates to customers and stakeholders.

·         Preparing monthly shipment notifications to Eximbank,

·         Carrying out customs clearance procedures for imports, if necessary,

·         Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and transactions,

·         Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in import and export operations,

·         To carry out the follow-up of transactions with letters of credit, to ensure the tracking and control of customer accounts, to inform the finance and accounting departments about payments,

·         To carry out timely and appropriate delivery of export products to the counter company,

·         To create regular reports of operations and to submit them to the management,
